Our house is a ‘drive-under’ which means that the Garage is actually under the main level of the house – as a part of the Basement.

So there we were . . . brand new owners of a 4-bedroom house and we didn’t have any children – in fact we didn’t even have a television!

When we bought this house in 1980, we had no idea that we’d still be here 35 years later!

We’re Dale and Stephanye Peek. We moved to 637 Polk in 1980. Our sons, born in 1985 and 1990, grew up in here. Stephanye recently retired from teaching PE in Cobb County schools. We love our subdivision, Applewood.
