November – Week 4 & 5 – foundation block & more demo
It was late on Monday before we were able to get to the house, and the block was already in place for the new Addition.
November – Week 3 – excavation, footings & more demo
The contractor that did the excavation for the footings was back this week to fine-tune the trenches and get them prepared for concrete.
November – Week 2 – a very busy week (day)
There are two extra colossal oak trees beside the ditch that we suspect have been there for well over a hundred years.
November – Week 1 – got the Building Permit and we’re ready to go
It’s official – we have a Building Permit and the renovation is off and running!
