Month: July 2016
July – Week 4 – Making selections, Air Conditioning!, small stuff, & digging in the dirt again
We’re starting to see a glimpse of the light at the end of the tunnel – but there’s still a lot to do before we get there!
July – Week 3 – Compressors set, chimney capped, silt fence added, & driveway cleaned-up
As I mentioned last week, the Gernatts were all on vacation this week, so not much hands-on work, but a couple of subs were there during the week.
July – Week 2 – Front Porch work – just in time for a deluge
Looks like the momentum is going to take a break.
July – Week 1 – interior trim, stairs, eyebrow roof, and more grading
Another exciting week with the trim guys busy installing all that trim that we designed for the house.
June – Week 5 – hardwoods, doors, trim, columns, metal roof, and grading – all make for a full week!
As we anticipated, it was some kind of busy at 637 Polk this week!
